Group sessions bring neurodivergent people together to share real experiences, perspectives, and support. Being in a space of shared understanding genuinely brings a sense of relief and belonging. It also empowers clients recognise the value in their own experience by offering insight and support to others.
In-person sessions combine embodied yoga with my coaching approach, drawing on traditional yogic philosophy and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and real-life functioning. These sessions explore the connection between mind, body, and experience, to support greater awareness and regulation in everyday life.
